I guess I can assume that pictures like that don't have much effect on bombers. I didn't look at the picture. I've seen plenty already.
Another thing, sort of on that subject. One of the big problems for our soldiers over there is that the locals can spot an American soldier from two block away, but the soldier can't tell the difference between a mad bomber and an innocent civilian, even up close. Our guys wear uniforms, theirs don't. The only way you could make it easier for the enemy would be to paint a big target on all of our soldiers.
In World War II, the enemy soldiers were as clearly marked as ours were. Howard
