Take them back to the library. Hiding Place #2 will not become
evident until after you've gotten your ID, enrolled and done your
English prof a favor.
As for the ID card, I see you've got the tennis shoes, so you're on
the right track. The only way to get it is to get in on that soccer
game and start a fight, but you don't have all the right clothes
yet.
Start off by sneaking in somewhere you can play nurse...
literally.
