You know how it does that thing when you're entering e-mail addresses in the "To:" field where it prompts you with addresses to which you've previously sent or from which you've previously received messages? Anyone know how to get it to stop giving me specific prompts? For instance, say my sister used to be xyz@aol.com and is now xyz@comcast.net. Every time I start typing in her address, Outlook prompts me with both xyz@aol and xyz@comcast. But since the AOL one is defunct, I'd like to delete it.

Do you still have xyz@aol.com against your sister's name anywhere in your address book/contacts? If so, go in there and remove it, because that's where Outlook is looking when it finds addresses for you. If it's not there it won't find it.
