You absolutely should add an article about yourself. I had to add myself to the list of Canadians (I don't even remember how I stumbled upon that list), and I took the liberty of explaining where my name came from.
Nobody else knows as much about you as you do, so it's your duty as a Rinkipede (or whatever) to contribute what you can. Unlike Wikipedia, where articles are presumably about famous people and much is widely known of them, Rinkipedia depends on Rinkies to write about themselves and each other.
