As one of the guys said, they normally all face either north or south, there are four one way and two the other, and the two that face the other way should be on opposite sides. There are six boosters, positioned equally around the ship, so "other" ones should have two "normal" ones in between them. It's up to you to work out whether "normal" is north or south. This is quite an easy puzzle really.
