Probably Batman. I mean, he's the James Bond of comics. Cool gizmos, he's suave as Bruce Wayne, has a dark side, and can really dish it out when the time comes. Best of all, Batman has no "super-powers" aside from the intense physical and mental prowess he posesses (well, that and maybe the piles and piles of money he has). I feel that Batman always has a sort of down to earth feel, like if I really wanted to, I could be as good as him (of course this isn't true, but it seems like it). I could never climb walls like Spidey though, regardless of how much time I put into trying.

My other favorite would have to be Ozymandias from Watchmen who was really sort of a villan but was still the man. The whole "Stop me? Do you think I'd tell you if there was any chance you could stop me?" business was rad. Plus he caught a bullet :)
