My wife went to the drug store today to pick up some test strips for my blood sugar meter. When she got home, the instructions on the bottle said, "Take three a day by mouth." I'm probably smart enough not to take test strips by mouth, but what would happen if those wrong directions got on a bottle of pills that should be taken once a day?

And they were the wrong test strips. Two mistakes on one perscription! We trust our lives to careless people like that.
