Despite that the RinkForum lacks a lot of technical features found in other boards, it is one of my absolute favorite to read and post on from a purely layout perspective.

Absolutely. Part of it is that the RinkForum was the first forum I ever stumbled onto, and as a result it has always been in my mind the definition of a forum. The plain text on white background is refreshing. In most other boards, the conversation is buried in background colors, smileys, tables, fonts, enormous signature quotes, photos, and more.

RinkWorks became a smaller part of my schedule after highschool. The past year or so the trouble has been that my university almost blocks access to RinkWorks. I still tell people that RinkWorks is one of the two worthwhile sites on the Internet.
