So I pull the car across the road to the curb. Good so far. I go to back up. Nothing happens when I let off the brake. Ok... I tap the accelerator. Nothing. Nudge it a little harder. Still nothing. Oh no! ...well, at least you passed. ;)
I went to take my driver's test with three other kids. The people who weren't driving at any particular moment stood around in the parking lot while someone else went. We were all really nervous, and it didn't help that the very first one of us to go cut off a HUGE semi when he pulled out of the lot. It was kind of funny... we were all standing there, trying to carry on a conversation and not freak out, and suddenly we hear truck brakes and a long honk, and there's this gigantic truck bearing down on the eensy little car we were testing in.
He passed.
Then again, it wasn't that hard. You basically just had to go around the big rotary nearby, and if you did that to the tester's satisfaction you got your license.
