Live. Love. Learn. Laugh.
And Give praise. Go beyond your limits and give of yourself to others. Be daring and caring.

I might also suggest that personal happiness is greatly enhanced by turning off the phone during family mealtimes and by throwing the desensitizer...uh, I mean the TV, out the window. However, since the latter is a highly radical step for anyone to commit to, I will refrain from recommending such a maneuver. :-)
