The problem I remember experiencing when I learned to drive was maintaining a constant speed. Part of my lessons in learning was driving the family to church on Sundays, and the route between our home and the church took us through a suburb where the police were notorious for nabbing speeders. So naturally I paid extra careful attnention to my speed when driving through that area, and I never could find that "sweet spot" where the car maintained a fairly constant speed. I was always either having to accelerate or hit the brakes, and I think my mom probably tried to correct me more often about that than anything else I did while learning how to drive.

God bless cruise control.

Gri"doens't have cruise control any more, and misses it"shny
