Oh yeah, Brunnen-G, fruity spatchcocks are glazed small chickens, just like mikey said. Since you didn't know what a spatchcock was, I guess I'll just have to toss out my fraudulent Southern Hemisphere cookbook... the one with all the Baked Pavlovas and stuff... as being a total misrepresentation of Down Under culture. *thunk*
