poa--encountering Jean Claude

Someone please help me! I'm pulling my hair out! That darn Jean Claude, he keeps killing me and I haven't even begun to fight with him yet! How do I get him to start the fight? I've tried all possible combinations of waiting, listening, rock-throwing, going in and out of the supply room, etc... and he still kills me! Gah!!!!

I have these items: ISO Accident Report, Vault Key, Crowbar, Knife, Pulse Gun, Bazooka, Military Uniform, Tranquilizer Spray and Yellow Plant.

I have looked through all the messages I could find in the posts and can't find one (unless I missed it) that addresses this particular problem.

Please help. Thanks.
