POA: EVERYTHING! cat now? tubes? where are the jobs!?!?!?!?!?

ok i am totally stuck now since i keep going around in circles
(literally! haha, its a donut!) but anyway
heres what i have
/
Leather Briefcase
Passcard (CQ60537) /
Light Tube
Washcloth /
Small Mirror /
Employment Papers
Supply Room Card /
Fire Extinguisher
Plastic Cup
I.D. Card
Crowbar
ISO Officer's Cap
Round Pot
I know i have to go do some jobs or something, but i can't find
how to get to where i have to something with the boosters and
the other thing(?) um, i have seen the little girl who lost her cat
and can't find it anywhere! i know i have to get a leash and treats
or somthing from other posts, but where to get them i do not
know. I can understand why this game is a 10! arrrgg!
