Your "husband" option reminded me of something that happened to me several years ago. We saved up enough money to make that once in a lifetime trip to Hawaii. We were in an elevator in the King Kameamea Hotel on the Kona coast when a lady noticed my "If you can read this, thank a teacher," T-shirt.

She was a teacher too and we had a brief conversation about teaching. Then I said, "If we're teachers, what are we doing in a snazzy place like this?"

She said, "I don't know about you, but I have a rich husband."
