Okay, I can't figure out to get the magnifying glass from Herrick to give to the blacksmith. My inventory is:

20 Bronze Coins
Stone of Strengthening
Tinderbox
Clear Focus Stone
Map

7 Red Gemstones
Food Rations
Sticks
Crate
Picture

Guard's Sword
Rope
Wire Clippers
Hammer
