Gold Rush: Help finding orange

Hey, could someone point out where the orange is?
I have played Gold Rush about five or seven times, but I can never find the orange. I read in other posts that most of the items are unnecessary.
Here's my inventory:
A rusty, old axe
A short brass letter opener
A pink letter
A green bottle full of sizzling potion
A big toy train
A dirty envelope
An orange sharp orange peeler

Just don't be too vague.
