Personally, I *love* the one in the "Listen Already" section where the Tech tells the caller to click "Ok" and the guy tells him to "hang on a second (sounds of furious typing and clicking)" That's easily my favorite, although the one about the old lady calling an ISP to pay her electric bill is really good, too.
