Far above both of those come the 10,000,000 executed by Stalin, the 8,000,000 by Pol Pot, the 7,000,000 by the Taliban... the holocausts that America has conducted are quite a way down the list.

Only 500,000 African slaves were imported into what is now the United States, and the majority of those had been slaves in Africa, as it was easier to buy them than to capture them.

It's hard to say how many Indians were killed by white settlers (or haw many settlers by Indians), but one sign of the scale of the crimes committed against them is that the American government made over 400 treaties with the Indians, and broke every single one of them. They weren't even made citizens until 1924.
