POA: Kepler's office?

Hi, everyone. I'm stuck quite near the end of POA, I think. I've just given the brat in the hall everything he wanted and gotten the TSP Manual but can't figure out what I'm supposed to do next. I think I'm meant to get into Kepler's office or somehow else obtain his passcard so I can get HEEC access but I can't get in, and I feel like a bit of an idiot because I've searched all the back posts and no-one else seems to have gotten stuck here. A nudge in the right direction would be very appreciated.
