You can't define something that has that many meanings. Let's face it, some people love their car, their cat or dog, their house, flowers, weather, seasons, movies, TV, food, drinks, other people, exercise, sports, dancing, money, doing nothing, anchovies, mushrooms, parties, trave . . . . The list goes on and on.

You have to specify what kind of love you are talking about. Even then, you still might be in trouble. Suppose you love "other people" (see above). Are we talking about your sweetie, your wife, your husband, perfect strangers, kids, parents, grand parents, movie stars, certain nationalities, poor people, different races, your minister, or Jesus? See what I mean? It can't be done. Don't worry about it. It will all work out somehow.
