It's alive!!!

I have an insulated nylon vest that I wear over a sweater when I am working in the yard. I put it on and take it off a lot as I move in and out of the house. Sometimes I get warm from exercise and it take it off and put it down somewhere outside.
For some reason, it doesn't like high places, so if I leave in on a lawn chair, the hood of the truck, the car, or the railing around the deck, it simply crawls off and drops to the ground.
Inside, it crawls off the bed, a chair, the arm of the couch, a doorknob, a coat hook or sometimes even a hanger. If I want it to stay put, I have to put it on a hanger and snap the snap at the top of the zipper. That's good at least 70% of the time.
It worries me. Maybe my housekeeper/care giver/ secretary/travel agent/ wife has put a hex on it in an effort to teach me to hang it in the closet. Or maybe -- just maybe -- it's alive. Howard
