I seem to be wondering aimlessly...

Hat Pin
Playing Cards
Spittoon
Your Gun
Hannibal
Feather
Button
Matches
Altar Cloth
Key
Beer

I have spoken to two people at dinner but I can't seem to make it be dinner a third time. I don't know what to do with the button, I've been everywhere I can in all three towns, and it seems no new options are opening up to me. Any hints would be appreciated.
