POA: sandstone caverns

I've found the sandstone caverns, but I haven't found anything useful in them, except petrolythium shards, which I'm not even sure how to use yet. I got the boulder off the miner's leg, but that didn't do much for me. I have the papers incriminating the director, but no matter what order I show them to Kevin in he doesn't care. The crazy janitor ran off with the wrench and I can't find him. To top it all off, I can't find the last tube. To put it simply, I am stuck. Could someone help me out with any of these problems?
