*HUGS* I know you don't know me all that well, but I still want to wish you luck in your search for a way to mitigate the pain and fatigue. (At least, from reading Ria's post, it seems that's what the most overwhelming symptoms are. I am ashamed that I didn't previously know anything about fibromyalgia.) You'll be in my prayers. Don't lose heart.
