Have been staying in Lynnville for over a fortnight now (game time!) and don't really know what to do. I have a suspicion that the next step is something to do with a notice I've read; don't know if I am supposed to go to the place on the notice (which I can't find) or if I am supposed to wait for my landlady to go there and then investigate things in her absence. Either way, I can't seem to achieve much. I've tried going in and out of all the buildings I can find in town at different times of day, but not achieving anything.

My one consolation is that I have only paid for one week at the guesthouse

Hope that this post doesn't spoil the game for any people starting out, but I'm stuck real bad - I wanted to be one of the first to finish this after it went up and can see that dream slipping away.
