I finally chose the response that ended up being (so far) the most popular. My thinking went like this:

> Rich, stupid, ugly, and clumsy was dismissed out of hand. Being rich doesn't make up for very many things in this world. In fact, I think being rich makes some really bad qualities worse in people.

What I do after I get in the door is another matter, but society as a whole does have some prejudice on the side of attractiveness. The whole first impression thing.

I ruled out options 1 and 4 right away.... 1, because who says a poor person can't be happy? and 4, because i have no athletic ability in the first place so i don't particularly want it. 2 was the one i was leaning towards, and eventually voted for, but 3 made me stop, basically for the same reasons you said you stopped, Mousie. i had to think about it for a while.... but then i realized that those stupid, pretty people are all pretty annoying. and if you're smart, people who really matter will like you because you're smart and all that stuff.... so looks and money and athletic ability don't really matter
