> You know, "June bugs in my ears" sounds like the perfect thing to replace the lyric "Strangers in the night" with. Surely someone here can compose some great alternate lyrics with that tune. "June bugs in my ears" conjures up such a fantastic image as it is.

The legal stuff first!!!

This song is an adaptation of Strangers In The Night written by Charles Singleton, Bert Kaempfert, and Eddie Snyder. The original song is they're creation
and they are the copyright holders. No attempt is being made with this adaptation to collect any monies from, nor is this song meant to undermine their
efforts.

Ok, now like I said... "You asked for it."

V1:
June Bugs in my ears, I feel them crawling.
It's bringing me to tears, see how I'm bawling.
They're eating at my eyes, and they're on my mind.

V2:
Something behind my nose just ate some snotta.
They're camping up and down my Medula Oblongata.
Whoever put them there was sure enough unkind.

Chorus:
June Bugs in my ears.
2,000 insects; June Bugs in my ears.
It's making me sick to feel them come and go. I'm tired of the flow.
I wish they'd go away. Very, very far away.

V3:
However can they find enough to eat there?
I know I lost my mind before they got there.
But they are really here... those June Bugs in my ears.

(Instrumental - First 3 lines of chorus)
I wish they'd go away. Very, very far away.

Repeat V3 then SCAT until end.
