It is a doglike creature. In other games they are normally found in packs, becuase they tend to be not very strong alone. I belive that the other two are made up, but I could be wrong. Maybe they can be found elsewhere. ~Talia > > Kobolds are much older than D&D; in fact, the metal cobalt is named after them because Germans associated the metal with kobolds. > > When I played GOA, I figured Gwuils were made up (because of something about the way they were described) and indeed the FAQ for Murkon's Refuge confirms this. > > I'd been wondering about beefheads myself. > > Oh, and what about: > > "cosmop" > "night lord" > "skeletal lord" > "sap hound" > "displacer" > "owlbear" > > Lucky "hmm, any others?" Thanks, I don't know anything much older than D&D, I have played in games where there are skeletal lords. They were by the "Forgotten Realms" series. They have them, I don't knwo if anyone else did before them. A night lord sounds familiar, from elsewhere (not Rink works), but I cannot recall where. The others I am not totally sure about. ~Talia
