Well yes, it would seem so, but it has bicycle wheels, a bicycle seat, bicycle handlebars, a bicycle chain and lots of other stuff not usually found on a tricycle. When I think of a tricycle, I think of a vehicle propelled by a three-year-old. This machine is intended for grandmothers.
