Stuck in FQ1

1.I'm stuck in the Enchanted Forest and can't seem to find my way back to the ocean.

2.I'm assuming instead of riding the unicorn I need to travel further south for the store?

Carrot
Rope
Branch
Silver Key
Sword
Diamond
Shovel
Hammer
Nails
Bow
Arrow
Jewel
Club
Ticket
