I have a question for you. Do you still have the dagger? If you have the float ring you should have given that to the guardian to get in the castle. Also if you have been in the castle in the garden maze I don't see your coat.
If this is just in error of updating then before you can jump off the balcony you need to find a coin for the soothsayer.
