You get one in exchange for a diamond at the store
You get another one when you find the treasure chest digging near the shore
You get another one in the gardens near the orange flowers
You get another one near the note that says, "Jello Bath" in the forest
You're either missing one in the gardens or in the forest. Search the gardens for a patch of orange flowers, or look in the forest for a note that says, "Jello Bath".
