One more nanoxite is to be found in the sandstone caverns (to make sure you went everywhere, it helps to have made a map of it -- there are four levels, each of which is a 2x2 square of locations, for 16 locations total). Also you will need to find an exit from the sandstone caverns on the black level. If you've opened the barrier south of the sandstone caverns white level entrance, you might see what you need to do (a trick similar to what let you get there in the first place). After that, the other things you mentioned will be forthcoming.
