I've done everything at least a dozen times, and nothing is happening.
I'm carrying:

384 Silver Coins of Wealth
Pick
Life Preserver
Dead Fish
Diving Mask
Ticket
Stone of Strengthening
Bucket
Broken Free Trial Sword of Failing
Key of Questioning
Food Rations
Rope

Can someone please help me?
