I can't get the wrench from the guy on the ladder and I have asked a billion times over and over and over on many occasions. Here is my inventory now.

1 Nanoxite Stone
/ Passcard (CQ30021)
/ Crowbar
/ Noise Filter Headset
/ Plastic Cup
/ Leather Briefcase
/ Passcard (CQ60537)
/ Light Tube
/ ISO Officer's Cap
/ Round Pot
/ Employment Papers
/ Supply Room Card
/ Radio Receiver
/ Pet Snacks
/ Small Mirror
/ I.D. Card
/ Business Card
/ Fire Extinguisher
/ Washcloth
/ Ruby

I also just took the cat back to it's owner and got a ruby but I can't find what to do with it.
I am still not getting assigned anymore jobs. Is there something else I need to do? I seem to be completely stuck. I already helped the old man in the treatment room and I have his pass card but can't really find anything with it other than the nanoxite stone and headset. I really appreciate everones help. You guys have been great.
