No, but the walkway he's describing is THAT narrow. Our trash gets picked up in the alley behind our garage, and it's easier for me to manually open the garage door to put the trash out than to carry it through that narrow space where both sides of the bag are scraping against walls on either side and I run the risk of splitting the bag and filling the walkway with stanky fetid garbage.
