Hey, don't blame me. I used to teach 7th and 8th graders.

An that reminds me of the time when I was teaching a little very basic chemistry. After lunch I came back into the room and there on the chalkboard was this poem:

Mr. Murrill was a chemist.
Poor soul*, he is no more,
For what he thought was H2O
Was H2SO4.

That was the first time I ever heard that one, but I've seen it a number of times since then.
