Subscription Question

I bought a one-year subscription to RinkWorks, and I log into the site from three different computers. I find that on all three of them, at seemingly random intervals of time, I have to re-log in to BitPass, despite that fact that I haven't deleted any cookies, cleared my browswer history, or emptied my browser cache.
Is this something we all just have to live with, or is there some setting I can change so that I don't have to keep constantly re-logging in all the time?
FYI, the browsers I use are Netscape 7.01 for Macintosh, Netscape 7.something for Windows XP, and Internet Explorer 5 for Windows 98. And please forgive me if this is something I read about when I first signed up and then promptly forgot...
