> That reminds me. I did something similar once. I had a sore back and had put some Icy Hot on it that morning. I had washed my hands, but not thoroughly enough, because I still had some under my fingernail and it got into my eye. Strangely enough, it didn't hurt, although I did freak out for a bit at first. It felt just like Icy Hot feels on one's skin, only in my eye. Weird. I'm guessing it was because the amount was so small, it wasn't enough to do any real damage. > > Gri"my eye is icy! my eye is hot!"shny
Ouch!! I bet that was an interesting sensation! I can relate too well, unfortunately. This sad story happened only 6 days ago. I have been suffering from allergies pretty badly this summer, and I have tried different combinations of allergy medicines and decongestants without much success. One day, when things were particularly bad, I decided to try "mystery nasal spray" in the medicine cabinet. I did not read the part where it said " now with Menthol". . .my sinuses did indeed clear up, but I felt like I had a cough drop in my sinus. It was much worse than suffering with allergies. It did fix my symptoms in a way, though. I was very happy the next day to be congested, instead of metholated.
