Maybe when I see somebody do that, I should throw a piece of trash on the ground. I'd pick it up again when they left, because I dislike litter as much as the next guy, especially when people don't take the time to distinguish the ditch out front from a trash receptacle, but then the people around me would know how I feel about that.
