I went to see "The Sixth Sense" today.

My Objective Test Of Film Quality goes like this: if I sit there for a while after the film finishes muttering "wow" with a silly grin on my face that hangs around for the rest of the day, it was a really good film.
Today, I added an extra section to the Test: if, in addition to the above, I applaud at the end, even though I know I'll be the only one to do so and the people I'm applauding will never know, it was a great film.
"The Sixth Sense" is a great film.

It made my day.

I'm already making plans for it to make my day again some time soon.
