Inefficent, yes, but not useless. Joona's massive fire stuff is probably way too much, but if all your other options for increasing strength/constitution are getting expensive, a few choice elemental bonuses can look to be very affordable and reasonable. They're the only reason I pulled a win in the last round out of my butt.
