Almost Done need help FQ !!!!!!!

ok i gave the gaurdian the dagger and i've been in both fortresses but i can seem to get back to the rainbow door! i know there is something in there i need but i cant jump back down the volcano...it wont let me! how do i get past this part...i already know the password for that door too i gave the sayer the last gold piece...please help!!!

arrow
fishing pole

winter coat
pass/float rings
