cant get passed the cook goa

Hi it does not seem to matter how hard i try i cant get passed the cook, i drop the pans hide go back out wait for coast to clear enter then she catches me in the ice box, or tasting the beef,i thought i had tried ever option many times is it because i am missing something

i have
23 bronze coins
10 red gem stones
guards sword
stone of strenthing
food rations
tinder box
wire clippers
key of opening
portrait
clear focus stone
crate
hammer
blanket
