Why does it sometimes happen that I'll sign online with AOL (the first problem, I know :-p ) and Internet Explorer pop-up ads will appear, when I don't even have the IE program open? Does it relate to explorer being part of Windows anyway? (I think I have noticed two separate "explorer" type things.)
