First of all, you can go back to Larios and put that nasty Piece of Trash back in the dumpster where you got it from, since you have the crate.
After that, you'll need to go back to the Village of Boredom and get something from the shack that the Key of Opening opens (not where the village idiot lives, the other shack). Without this item, you can't get the magnifying glass.
