Cruel?? The whole point of the game is to determine the best strategy to win it. If the best strategy is not yours, then you're the one that needs to come to your senses and adopt the better one. How can using any given strategy in an essentially mathematical game be judged by any means other than its effectiveness?

Again, I do not like that single-character parties tend to dominate, and I will persist in adjusting the game engine until the winning strategy becomes something more balanced and less predictable.

But when we stop criticizing the game itself and start criticizing people who play the game to best advantage, going so far as to call such people "cruel," I can't see this as anything but a kind of absurd overreaction.
