Please help how do I go about getting the blacksmith to make me a ring and where is the banqueting hall. I have been to the shack been to the other building in the south, worked and spoke to the man at the Tavern, not sure where to go now. My inventory is:

14 Bronze Coins
Stone of Strengthening
Tinderbox
Key of Opening
Hammer

10 Red Gemstones
Food Rations
String
Portrait
Map

Guard's Sword
Rope
Wire Clippers
Clear Focus Stone
