I think we need a fourth message forum that's dedicated to pop-under complaints. That way, Sam could identify all the lazy moochers who want a free ride and specifically target their browsers with massive pop-under ad attacks, overloading their browsers and simultaneously frying their brains.

I don't see how this plan could fail.
